Do you offer direct deposit?
Yes, we provide secure and timely direct deposit services so your rental income is transferred straight to your bank account. -
Do you also sell real estate?
Yes. In addition to full-service property management, we offer real estate sales services. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, we’re happy to assist. -
How and when do I get paid?
Owner distributions are processed on the 10th of each month. As long as rent payments and other funds have cleared the bank, you can expect to receive your distribution around that time. -
How is rent collected?
We accept online payments via the portal 24/7 along with credit cards, retail cash payments or directly in our office during business hours -
How long are lease terms?
Most of our leases are for 12 months, but shorter or longer terms can be arranged depending on market conditions and your preferences. -
What is the tenant security deposit amount?
Security deposits are set based on market standards and local regulations. The final amount may vary based on rental pricing and tenant qualifications. -
When can you start managing my property?
We’re ready when you are. As soon as the management agreement is signed and your property is lease-ready, we can begin. -

What kind of reports do I receive?
You have access to monthly financial statements (instead of youll receive) though your online portal 24/7 on your time -
