Board Center: Introduction

The Board Center is a designated area for board members. The Board Center is a multi-system feature that focuses on providing a platform for board members to conduct the board business.

The Board Center may include some or all of the following features, depending on the community’s API integration software and depending on the chosen activated features:

  • Notices & Requests: CCR Notices, Work Orders, Architectural Requests
  • Delinquencies
  • Aging Report
  • Invoices
  • Board Documents
  • Communication: Info page, Board Feed, Board Calendar, List of Board Members, Admin area for Board Members
  • Task Management Tool: Tasks can be assigned to a board member by a community manager or board member. Board members may track and log each step. Visit the Task Management Tool of this knowledge base to learn more.
